DescriptionDetailers are responsible for effectively cleaning in an efficient manner that promotes the overall professional image of their respective OneWater store.
They contribute to the customer's delight and satisfaction by enhancing the appearance of every boat on the lot.
The position is non-exempt.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesEfficiently cleans the exterior and interior of units/vehicles to enhance the appearance and increase their sale valueAdds and removes decals and makes minor cosmetic repairs (trim, putty, paint, frames, hitches, and steps)Follows all safety and compliance regulationsThe ongoing upkeep of the inventory on the sales yardKeeps total facility clean, including offices, lunchroom, bathrooms, and all common areasRemoves trash from the facility and maintains outside garbage collection areaMaintains daily upkeep of store grounds, including garbage pickup and grass cuttingQualifications & ExpectationsExhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members' objectivesDemonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as neededProves reliability and discipline by following all timekeeping rulesPromotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments, and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boatPreserves the professional image of the dealership through cleanlinessEffective detailing and cleaning of all assigned unitsPositive interaction with all team membersAttention to Detail, Ability to learn about boats, Follow directionsLift 10 lbs infrequently, Standing, Climbing, Constant use of Hands, OutdoorsOne Water Marine provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
