You will be a vital support function to our, Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Motivated person who seeks a career in procurement.
Adaptable to changing conditions and expectations.
Able to work independently.
Background in material handling and inventory preferred.
Your role will involve establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, generating purchase order documentation, resolving any order-related issues, and executing inventory counts along with releasing material to production.
Responsibilities:
Keep accurate records of inventory transactions at all times.
Review and audit transactions related to inventory.
Advise of inaccuracies of inventory.
Creation and reporting of stock counts across different locations.
Creating, submitting, and confirming purchase orders.
Following up with purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of product.
Managing delivery of goods by verifying the accuracy of invoices, matching them to purchase orders.
Daily inventory stock counts.
Daily material release for production use.
