We are a licensed 16 bed home like location.
We are customer-centric, rewarding, supportive and our goal is to provide our staff with the opportunity to learn and grow.
Our work environment includes:
On-the-job training Home like setting Supportive atmosphere The caregiver serves as a watchful eye and will address needs that arise throughout the shift, including lifting when required.
Available shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2pm-10pm.
We aim to hire candidates that are passionate about caring for others and will develop strong bonds with the residents they serve.
Qualifications:
Satisfactory past employment record Negative drug screen testing Satisfactory criminal background check Physician certified mentally and physically able to complete job requirements and be free of communicable disease Be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Duties:
Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living not limited to, but including:
ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and general grooming Serve meals and snacks Guide and direct residents during group activities Maintain the safety of residents by being aware of their location, monitoring behaviors, and by eliminating or reporting potential hazards Complete assigned housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning Lifting may be required Job Types:
