We are actively looking for an experienced, friendly, self-motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team.
Qualified candidates must have previous front desk dental experience, possess a positive attitude, professional demeanor and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Patient Intake/Check Out.
Confirming appointments.
Phone and email communications.
Works closely with the Practice Manager.
Insurance Verification Insurance Claims Processing/Follow up Treatment Plan Presentation Account Receivables Appointment Scheduling Open Dental software REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years customer service experience, dental industry experience a must.
Must have a thick skin and be able to handle a high volume of angry/upset callers.
Must possess an above average phone demeanor.
Must be a great listener.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must have a passion for helping others.
