Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience.
As the liaison between Lehn & Vogt Insurance and Financial Group and our valued customers, the CSR should be professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate in representing Lehn & Vogt Insurance and Financial Group's services.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping customers, and will have experience with call center customer service.
Essential Functions:
Develop a positive customer relationship with each customer in the company pool Answer customer questions regarding services and answer any questions or provide additional information regarding pricing.
Assist with order entry for new and existing accounts as needed.
Receive incoming calls from customers in regards to new accounts, open cases, or issues that require immediate attention.
Answer phones in a professional manner while handling all call-backs as needed.
Maintain account base with outstanding calls to our call center customers on a daily basis.
Maintain CRM database and record all customer information into database on assigned day of day.
Maintain accurate and complete records of calls, emails, and chats that come into the company.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
Ability to work independently; must be willing to work on their own without supervision.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously; must be willing to take on multiple tasks simultaneously without assistance from other employees.
Ability to work under pressure; must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines under pressure.
Must be able to multitask effectively under pressure.
Must be willing to communicate with other departments within the company regarding any issues that may arise from customers or co-workers.
