Candidate must be fluent in both English and SpanishPurpose & Impact:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will assist with the administration of the UAC program within assigned geographical area.
Serves as primary assistant to the Program Director.

Essential Functions:
Assists with operation of programs to assure programs meet or exceed all licensing, quality assurance, fiscal, legal and contract requirements.
Assists with monitoring staff employment, orientation, assignment, supervision and training.
Processes personnel hire packets for new employees, ensuring required background screening and e-verify are completed.
Acts as Time Administrator works with staff to submit accurate timecards and ensures approval deadlines are met.
Acts as Notary Public for the region.
Informs Program Director of any staff or client issues which may affect the delivery of quality services.
Represents the Program Director with involvement on local and state committees with interest in the Southwest Region.
Assists with programs to improve Policy and Procedures to maximize service delivery.
Maintains positive working relationships and facilitates communication with all areas supervised by the Executive As assigned, provides reports of progress to Executive Director through fiscal and statistical data received from the Program Administrators.
Assists with the budget and grant preparation as assigned.
Serves as contact person in the Program Director's absence.
Coordinates schedules for the Program Director through scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, preparing minutes of meetings and other duties as required.
May supervise clerical staff and volunteers as required.
Assists with agency outreach, education, and special events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel state-wide as required.
Must be able to meet assignments and deadlines.
Must be accessible to staff.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, may be waived in lieu of experience and training in office management.

Experience:
At least three years office operations experience preferred.
Operations, Social Service environment experience preferred.
Skills:
Ability to assist in balancing service delivery and business operations of program Skills are required in personnel, fiscal management, training, organizing, and communication Must be committed to personal development and training Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred Principle Accountabilities:
Reports to Program Director for UAC.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with Adherence to legal, license and quality assurance standards and contract requirements.
Effective staff liaison.
Adherence to Agency policies in all areas of service delivery and personnel management.
Effective team player with all levels of Agency.
Accurate and timely submission of required statistical, personnel and fiscal reports.
Ability to use initiative to foster cost effective management of contracts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
