Our Surgery Department consists of 4 OR suites, 5 combined Pre-Op, Post-Op & Recovery beds, and 1 Endo suite. Surgical procedures are performed in the following specialties: general, urology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, gynecology, and podiatry. We perform 5 15 inpatient cases and approx. 12 outpatient cases a day plus 10 GI cases twice a week. Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.


Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.


Current Florida State Registered Nurse license.


Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS & ACLS certifications).


Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.


Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
